Unauthorized Charges on your card

If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable The Adonis Phytoceuticals Pvt. Ltd India to begin an investigation.
Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders

What we do about mispricings

Discounts will be applied to the total merchandise value including GST and applicable taxes. Issuance or redemption of a voucher or coupon will apply to the total value of the qualifying order once all promotional discounts have been applied.
Only one credit note/gift coupon/coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
